Nottingham lace curtain fabric floral ivory art nouveau

A Nottingham lace curtain fabric. This Nottingham lace curtain fabric has an art nouveau floral design. The color is ivory.

Rows of twisted barley sugar twists divide this fabric into three panels. A pattern of lilies, blossoms, and cherries twines upward between them. This has lots of motion and interest, but is a rather open pattern. The edges are finished with scallop detailing.

This lace fabric is 61" wide. The panels are just over 18 1/2" ( 46.99 cm. ) across, not including the barley sugar twists. This is net lace. This is 100% cotton.

This is for a 33" cut, which gives two rows of the flower swirls, with partials on either ends.

CARE: Hand wash with a mild detergent in lukewarm water. Do not use a brightening agent. Rinse carefully, squeezing gently.

Do not tumble or spin dry.

Pull fabric firmly, sideways and lengthways, whilst damp. Iron on a cool setting.

This lace may be dry cleaned, but only by firms who are experienced in cleaning lace.
