New windowpane plaid fabrics have been added!<\/p>\n

BLUE YELLOW PROVENCE WINDOWPANE PLAID FABRIC<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

\nWe have added quite a few colors to our woven windowpane plaids. Some of these are bright and bold, some softly colored.\u00a0 What sets these apart is texture. The background has a\u00a0 corded weave, like grosgrain. The stripes have a heavy mid-line of weaving,\u00a0 which ends in the surprise of tassels at the intersections of the stripes.<\/p>\n

These are 100% cotton, and have a nice weight. They work well for everything from clothing to table clothes to bedspreads.<\/p>\n

These are all discontinued, and when they are gone, they are gone.<\/p>\n

I love the new pastels- they are fresh and pretty! They are the colors of spring flowers.<\/p>\n

The yellow green windowpane plaid reminds one of daffodils in spring,
\nwhile the pastel blue and green colorway reminds one of bluebells.<\/p>\n

Pretty as curtains,
\npull the colors across the room by using it again on
\non chairs or a stool, then add pillows!<\/p>\n

The purple- lilac and green colorway reminds one of spring hyacinths!<\/p>\n

The pastel\u00a0 blue and buff yellow windowpane plaid
\nis more subdued.<\/p>\n

The pink and peachy yellow is pretty and feminine.<\/p>\n

A colorway of pink and green has clear tones of green with rose pink.
\nthat are lively, without being brash.<\/p>\n

For those that loved the Indian Madras plaids of the mid-century.\u00a0 There are four different colorways, that are reminiscent of the colors used in the 50’s, 60’s and 70’s.<\/p>\n

The first has muted tones of rose and green on a buff yellow ground.
\nIt has the look of a traditional Madras plaid, while still retaining\u00a0 a soft, open look.<\/p>\n

Deeper in tone is the\u00a0 terracotta orange and sage green plaid.
\nThe ground is a\u00a0 muted yellow gold.<\/p>\n

Darker than the above is the\u00a0 orange and green plaid.
\nIt’s background is curry yellow.<\/p>\n

\u00a0The darkest of these is the red and green Madras plaid.
\nIt has an earthy look and feel to it.<\/p>\n

The last two windowpane plaids have a classic look .<\/p>\n

The first is a black and taupe-brown color.
\nThe look is crisp.<\/p>\n
