<\/p>\n

We have decided to broaden the range of fabrics we have available. People have been asking for companion fabrics to the novelty fabrics we carry. But, most of the novelties do not have companions. They are stand alone designs.<\/p>\n

We are working with a company that carries a tremendous number of different stripes, checks, plaids, dots, and solids. These will be available as special order as it is impossible to carry the number of fabrics that we wish to offer. To that end, we have fabric cut into samples for people to buy, to see if the fabric actually works for their purpose. Once the sample has been seen, the fabric can be ordered online. The turn around time from when the order is placed to the fabric coming in to be inspected is about a week.<\/p>\n

We are really excited about this. When, finished, there should be several hundred fabrics available, providing an amazing inter-active assortment for people to work with.<\/p>\n

This is a huge undertaking as each fabric has to be photographed. And, as stripes and checks of one or two colors tend to pixelate, it is a long and time consuming process.<\/p>\n

We started with a group of twenty nine checks.
\nThese are a 3\/8″ check and come in several color groups.<\/p>\n

THE NEUTRAL CHECKS<\/p>\n

The neutral checks range include
\na classic Black and white check
\nBlack\/natural tan check
\nCharcoal\/tan
\nEspresso- Reddish brown\/beige
\nTobacco- Honey brown\/tan
\nWheat- Golden brown\/beige
\nKhaki- Light taupe\/beige and
\nLinen- Brown\/cream.<\/p>\n

THE RED CHECKED FABRICS<\/p>\n

The red checks include
\na classic Red and white check
\nRed\/Natural
\nClaret- Deep red orange\/deep yellow tan
\nSienna- Terracotta\/red\/buff gold
\nStrawberry- Deep dusty rose\/white
\nRose
\nand Pale Pink.<\/p>\n

The green checks are extensive!
\nAgain, we start with a classic- a green and white check,
\nOlive- Spruce green\/tobacco\/tan
\nFern- Putty sage\/deep cream
\nSage- Sage\/tan
\nSagegrass- Soft green\/beige
\nKiwi- yellow green\/white
\nand Pale citrus- Soft pastel green\/white.<\/p>\n

THE BLUE CHECKED FABRICS<\/p>\n

Again, we start with a classic-
\na strong blue and white check,
\nand progress through:
\nFrench Blue
\nChina blue
\nSky
\nand Powder Blue.<\/p>\n

To better see the pastel checked fabrics,
\nand as two of them do not fit anywhere else,
\nwe also grouped the pastels together.<\/p>\n

THE PASTEL CHECKED FABRICS<\/p>\n

These are:
\nLinen
\nKhaki
\nPale Yellow
\nPale citrus green
\nPale pink
\nLilac
\nand Powder blue.<\/p>\n

These colors also come in a large check
\nand also a mini stripe.
\nWe are trying to get them up as fast as possible!<\/p>\n
