This week has been all about bright cheerful flower fabrics!<\/p>\n

There are many types of floral-
\nthere are flower patterns with garden flowers,
\npatterns with more of a meadow look,
\nand there are watercolor designs.<\/p>\n

But, what seemed of interest were clear colors-
\nas if people were trying to bring the outside in,
\nand looking to add some cheerful color to their homes.<\/p>\n

I love this one with the mix of camellias, chrysanthemums,
\nwith the smaller aquilegia flowers.
\nMy grandmother had a hedge of camellias,
\nso I am always looking for them!<\/p>\n

The yellow rose poppy fabric is filled with butterflies
\nthat seemed to be enjoying a sunny garden.
\nIt screams sunshine!<\/p>\n

I love fabric patterns with dark colored backgrounds.
\nI think the colors pop better on them-

\nAnd, the color sings against the grey background.<\/p>\n

Less gardeny and more tropical is the bold and beautiful
\nwatercolor fabric with flowers,

It is also available with a darker background and muted flowers,
\ngiving the effect of a tropical evening.<\/p>\n

\nwith its counterpoint of gentian,
\nhas the look of a summer meadow.<\/p>\n
