This was followed by day after day of fog- cold, moist air. I call it beach weather. Then there were three days of monsoon weather- where a LOT of rain poured down. And then back to fog.\u00a0 By this time everything feels damp and clammy.<\/p>\n<p>I have been going through fabrics that have not been photographed, and am working on it! And it seemed appropriate that these two summertime patterns go on now! Both have features that I think are special.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">The waterlily fabric is impressive-<br \/>\nIt has large scale lily pads with life sized flowers.<br \/>\nIt has been printed on a slubbed linen\/cotton ground cloth.<br \/>\nAnd, the coloring is really nice!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter \" src=\"https:\/\/www.brickhousefabrics.com\/mm5\/graphics\/00000001\/waterlily-fabric-n9.jpg\" width=\"550\" height=\"440\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">The lilies are shades of blue, purple, and violet with touches of teal.<br \/>\nThe pads are blue, aqua, and avocado,<br \/>\nwith smaller yellow-green ones in the background.<br \/>\nThe pond water is a pastel muted blue.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">The dragonflies add the perfect touch!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">This is a heavy woven fabric,<br \/>\nit is fine for curtains and upholstery.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">More subtle is the new meadow fabric.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<figure style=\"width: 550px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.brickhousefabrics.com\/mm5\/graphics\/00000001\/blackberry-summer-999nnnzz.jpg\" alt=\"SUMMER MEADOW FABRIC\" width=\"550\" height=\"440\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">SUMMER MEADOW FABRIC<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">This fabric has a nostalgic feeling of an old fashioned summer.<br \/>\nIt is as if someone went into a meadow,<br \/>\nand sat down, and started drawing what they saw.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">There are birds, flowers, and blackberries!<br \/>\nThe names of the flowers have been written in Latin.<br \/>\nOther touches include feathers and even a small snail.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">This is a mid-weight fabric.<br \/>\nIt would be nice for curtains\u00a0 and duvets in a bedroom,<br \/>\nwhere one wanted to remember summer days.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">There are two other fabrics that sing of summer and meadows.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">One is the sunflower fabric from France.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<figure style=\"width: 550px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.brickhousefabrics.com\/mm5\/graphics\/00000001\/Sunflower-fabric-b1.jpg\" alt=\"SUNFLOWER FABRIC\u00a0\" width=\"550\" height=\"440\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">SUNFLOWER FABRIC<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">The other is the daisy farmhouse fabric.<br \/>\nThis has large bouquets of daisies, meadow flowers,<br \/>\nand grasses.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<figure style=\"width: 551px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.brickhousefabrics.com\/mm5\/graphics\/00000001\/Daisy-fabric-755-bbbbbb-n.jpg\" alt=\"DAISY FARMHOUSE FABRIC\" width=\"551\" height=\"448\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">DAISY FARMHOUSE FABRIC<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">All of these are in the<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #67b9f0;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #67b9f0;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.brickhousefabrics.com\/floral_fabric.html\">Flower Fabric category.\u00a0<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">I am also going through some short pieces of fabrics that are sold out,<br \/>\nor have been discontinued.<br \/>\nI hope to have some listed by the end of the week.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">They will be listed in the<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #67b9f0;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #67b9f0;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.brickhousefabrics.com\/Discount-fabric-remnants-.html\">Remnant Section.\u00a0<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">_____________________________________<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It is summer!
