We have two new blue French toile fabrics!<\/p>\n

BLUE FRENCH TOILE FABRIC<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

<\/p>\n

The first is a typical French pastoral toile-
\nthere are men walking with dogs,
\nwhile another sits looking at the scenery,
\nand a carriage is seen in the distance.<\/p>\n

What sets it apart is the large building in the background.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

This has a strong presence,
\nand adds an interesting dimension
\nto an otherwise normal pastoral country toile.<\/p>\n

This is done in one tone of very deep blue.
\nIt has a tinge of a slate undertone.
\nIn some lights it looks black.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

This is going to be\u00a0 cut in 22″ increments,
\nwhich centers the people in the scene.<\/p>\n

The other new toile has hunting scenes.<\/p>\n

One scene shows a stag being harried by a dog,
\nand there is one with a boar.<\/p>\n

There is also a vignette with a man
\non a horse who seems to either be asking a boy a question,
\nor answering it.<\/p>\n

These scenes are quite large.<\/p>\n

This is done in two shades of blue on deep cream.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

There are a couple of other blue toiles in stock.<\/p>\n

One is the Victorian Children Beach Toile Fabric.<\/p>\n

This has children enjoying a beach below there town
\nat low tide.
\nIt has a lot of charm!<\/p>\n

This is done in soft powdery blue with tan and cream.<\/p>\n

There is also one 2 1\/3 yard piece of Schumacher’s Fishing toile.
\nThis is a classic,
\nand has long been out of print.<\/p>\n

There are other toiles that move to teal rather than blue,
\nbut these are the only true blue toiles that we presently have.<\/p>\n
