I have been working on getting
\nthe new fabrics listed…<\/p>\n

To that end there is a new Toile de Jouy in two colors,
\nnew exotic animal fabrics,
\na parrot fabric,
\nand a new one for girls.<\/p>\n

This week, I was able to list five
\nAsian fabrics!<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\"JAPANESE<\/a>
JAPANESE LANTERN WIND CHIME FABRIC<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

<\/p>\n

There are two different chinoiseries,
\none we have in two colorways-
\na blue and a charcoal.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

BLUE CRANE CHINOISERIE FABRIC<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

This shows a mountainous terrain with
\ncranes, trees, and flowers.
\nThe blues very from blue with an undertone of green,
\nto one with an undertone of lavender.
\nBut, the effect from a distance is of true blue.<\/p>\n

The second colorway is a grey brown with touches of sepia.<\/p>\n

GREY BROWN CHINOISERIE TOILE FABRIC<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

These have a fairly large scale,
\nbut the vertical repeat is only 17 1\/2″.<\/p>\n

The second chinoiserie is very different.
\nIt has pagoda temples,
\nin a tropical setting.<\/p>\n

ASIAN BLUE TOILE FABRIC<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

This shows two different temples,
\nwith people strolling on the surrounding grounds.<\/p>\n

This is done in a dark charcoal blue ink,
\nwith a vintage look.<\/p>\n

I love the details- like the temple bells,
\nthat seem to be swaying in a breeze,
\nand the stone lantern.<\/p>\n

Going in a totally different direction is this very busy,
\nvery bright pattern!<\/p>\n

\"ASIAN
ASIAN CRANE GARDEN FABRIC<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

This has cranes flying over a landscape
\nof gardens, flowers, and ponds.<\/p>\n

The pattern has a lot of variety which keeps the eye moving,
\nand the coloring is bright and bold.
\nThe background is a lovely coral pink.<\/p>\n

This is printed on sheeting weight,
\nand is suitable for quilting,
\nas well as home decorating projects.<\/p>\n

The last Asian fabric that has been added is the
\nJapanese lantern wind chime fabric.
\nThis is just plain pretty!<\/p>\n

It has wind chimes done in pretty colors,
\nswaying among flowers on a background of soft blue.
\nThe pattern is rather open,
\nbut the delicate floral branches fill the spaces between them.<\/p>\n

And, that blue is a perfect backdrop for them.<\/p>\n
