Finally! We have been waiting for months, but it is in!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>We have carried the Imari fabric for several years, but last year decided to drop it, due to cost.<\/p>\n<p>But, people kept asking for it&#8230; we wrote the mill in July, asking about availability. They had one bolt left, and were not going to be running it until after they reopened after the August holiday.<\/p>\n<p>That sounded alright, I mean, what is a person to do- go out back and weave it? I don&#8217;t think so.<\/p>\n<p>So, we patiently waited for it. When the mill reopened we wrote to make certain that the fabric was still on schedule for weaving, which it was. And, when it was ready for shipment, we were excited!<\/p>\n<p>Usually a fabric arrives within four days of an order being placed. But, a different carrier was used&#8230; and it did not clear customs for 10 days! But, today, oh joy, oh joy- it arrived!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.brickhousefabrics.com\/store\/graphics\/00000001\/imari-755-0.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The Imari fabric is unique.<br \/>\nIt is a woven, upholstery weight fabric,<br \/>\nwith such fine weaving,<br \/>\nthat all of its incredible details stand out well.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.brickhousefabrics.com\/store\/graphics\/00000001\/imari-755-4.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>It shows plates of vintage Imari china<br \/>\nlayered over one another.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.brickhousefabrics.com\/store\/graphics\/00000001\/imari-755-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Done in true Imari colors,<br \/>\nthere are plates with Oriental scenes,<br \/>\nplates with birds,<br \/>\nand one with a large carp.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.brickhousefabrics.com\/store\/graphics\/00000001\/imari-755-cl.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The effect is of a wonderful collection of<br \/>\nvintage pieces,<br \/>\nspread out to show their different designs.<\/p>\n<p>See this unique fabric in the<\/p>\n<p><b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.brickhousefabrics.com\/asian_fabric.html#.VD1sxRZ0b4w\">Asian Fabric category.<\/a><br \/>\n<\/b><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Imari fabric is back in stock!
