An orange Indienne fabric. This orange Indienne fabric has a beige toile background that gives depth to the pattern. But it is the bright summery colors that makes this special!

Bold and beautiful! Large flowers and leaves with the occasional fruit grow on a Tree of Life. Some parts of the flowers and fruit have designs printed to look like they were embroidered. An understated shadow background toile compliments the bright pattern.

Colors used are dark plum brown, strong pink violet, dark red, coral, orange, peach, apricot, buff yellow, lime yellow, grey-beige, pale beige, muted pine green, yellow green, beige, and white. There has been over-printing, so many colors are seen. The effect from a distance is of red, coral, orange, peach, apricot, and buff yellow with violet, pink, yellow greens, on an light beige background with a deeper beige toile.

This fabric is 57" wide. The flower with the center of over-lapping purple flowers is about 8 1/2" ( 21.59 cm. ) tall and wide. This is a mid-weight home decorating fabric. It has drape. It has been woven with a slub for add texture and interest. It has a matt, dry look and feel. It is perfect for curtains, cushions, duvets, etc.
