Blue hunting toile fabric French colonial country Double Wide
A blue French country toile fabric that is all about hunting. This has a fairly large scale, with large vignettes.
PLEASE NOTE: this is double wide. The width is 108"; it comes in folded down the middle.
This features several different vignettes.One shows a man on horseback talking with a boy out with his dogs; the man seems to be either asking directions or giving them. Another vignette shows a boy blowing a hallo; a dog is harassing a stag, and two men are riding toward them. The last scene has a man riding up to a pack of dogs attacking a boar.
Colors used are soft smokey blue with a darker blue. There has been over-printing, so several shades of blue are seen. The background is cream.
This fabric is 108" wide, it is folded down the middle. The boy with the horn is just over 5" ( 12.7 cm. ) tall. This is a mid-weight home decorating fabric. It has a matte, dry look and feel. It is perfect for curtains, cushions, duvets, etc.
