Blue seashell coral fabric antique documentary toile
A seashell coral fabric with antique urns and coins from a shipwreck or Atlantis. This has to be one of the most unique ocean fabrics there is!
Two different urns from the bottom of the ocean are surrounded by large shells, and branches of coral. One urn has a toile scene on it, the other has a colored salmon toned scene of naked men and women dancing. In back of all of this are antique coins and writing, giving this a vintage look.
The colors used are sky blue, soft slate blue, pale sea glass green, strong blue green, and tones of grey, tan, and taupe with black. There has been over-printing, so more color tones are seen, such as the salmon tone of one of the urns. And some of the colors have a sponged tonal look. The background is a cool greyed brown. The threads have light and dark variations, giving some tonal differences to the fabric. The effect is vintage.
This fabric is 56 1/4" wide. The uncolored urn is about 12" ( 30.48 cm. ) tall, the colored one is about 12 1/4" ( 31.75 cm. ) tall. This is a light mid-weigh home decorating fabric. It has drape. It has a matt dry look and feel. It is perfect for curtains, cushions, totes, upholstery, etc.
This is for a 34" cut.
