A toucan, lobster, fish, and moth are shown with leaves and flowers. There is the surprise of a big, beautiful Rembrandt tulip.

Colors used are are blacks, greys, and browns; tones of purple from very deep plum through violet, and maroon. Reds, orange, yellow, and pink, some with salmon under tones, and touches of green are present. The background is white. The colors are shades and layered, making for many comples tones. From a distance one sees tones of deep brown and deep plum, and black, with brighter pinkish red, punctuated by bright red, orange, and yellow, on white. The colors change depending on how light hits the velvet.
