Roosters and hens are out and about, followed by inquisitive chicks. There is a background toile of farm yards and chicken coops with chickens and chicks. Chicken wire completes the look.

This is done in five shades of blue- from dark to light, shades of brown, gold, buff yellow, coral red, salmon, soft dusty greyed blue, and white on a cream background. This has been done as a watercolor, with colors layered and blended. The effect from a distance is a of yellow, gold, blue, and brown chickens, with touches of muted clay green, and coral red combs, with a background toile of tonal soldier blue on cream.
