One sees the Paris arrondissements on one, and other maps showing close-ups of different areas of the city. The streets radiate from the Arc de Triomphe, the Eiffel Tower stands tall, and through it all flows the Seine. The names of different places in the city are written in script between the maps.

This is done in tonal shades of beige, tan, taupe, golden beige, and soft muted blue with cream and black. The colors have been sponged and are tonal. The effect is vintage.
