Fall is upon us. And, with the change of the season has come huge changes at Brick House Fabrics. There has been so much going on it has been hard to keep up, and writing has taken a back seat to all the things that have needed attention…

Busy, busy, busy! That is all I can say. The mills are open, the new wovens are expected this week, there are fabrics to be listed, and then there is one other thing!

August is almost here, and summer in Maine is reaching its peak. On good days boats can be seen off of the coast, with sparkling water. On foggy days the ponds are filled with loons and fisherman.

As we head into the last week of July, things are busy at Brick House Fabrics. There is a lot going on with the website and with fabric.

After nearly a full week of rain we have sun! Flowers are unfurling, daylilies are blooming, and baby birds are being shepherded around with parents to the bird feeders. Summer in Maine!
