Yes, the days are getting longer… but, much of January here in Maine is not pretty. Yes, we have snow, and when it is fresh, things look nice. But, snow and ice also mean our roads and driveways get salted and gritted. And, with every plow job, that gets mixed into the new snow, creating muddy, dirty, salty slush. This gets splattered all over our cars, and covers our boots and clothing. In short, it is a dirty mess.
For many years we carried a horse toile fabric that had a distinct Victorian feel to the design. Eventually, like all patterns, it was discontinued. Well, we decided to bring it back, but in new colors! We are excited about these!
We are always looking for new horse fabrics.
And, for some time now, there have not been any…
So, we have been working with a company to bring back one of their patterns.
in two of the older colorways.
The Holidays are just around the corner.
At this time of year we get a lot of orders
from people who want a new look for the season,
or who are making gifts.
We have two new fabrics listed.
Both jungle fabrics,
they could not be more different!
The first is an interesting fabric with
toucans and parrot parakeets or budgies.

Horses, horses, and more horse fabrics have been flying out of the door.
Every one of our horse fabrics sold last week,
and there were two that were cut nearly every day.
